Plastic Surgeons MD is a community-run review board: real customers rate and discuss local surgeons, and businesses manage their own verified profiles. Browsing, searching, and reading reviews is always free.
No. Guests can review any business — enter your name, rate, and write. Guest reviews go to our moderators and publish once approved. Members’ reviews also pass a standard authenticity check.
Every review — member or guest — is screened by a moderator before it appears, checking for authenticity, conflicts of interest, and our content rules. Most reviews publish within 24 hours.
Click "Own this business? Manage listing" on any profile, or sign up and open My listing in your dashboard. From there you edit your info, photos, hours, socials, and description — and go live with a paid plan.
Three plans: Refine $499.99/mo (verified badge, review replies, 10 photos), Sculpt $749.99/mo (unlimited media, blog with 2 posts/month, Google/Yelp review sync), and Signature $999.99/mo (unlimited blog, competitor strip removed, SEO assistant). Cancel anytime; sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Yes — a 30-day pause is built in (Dashboard → Invoices). Billing stops and your public listing hides; everything returns exactly as you left it when you resume.
Sculpt and Signature plans include a blog on your public profile: write posts with a photo or YouTube video, share them to X or Facebook, and archive old posts anytime. Sculpt includes 2 posts a month; Signature is unlimited.
Yes. In My listing → External reviews, paste your page URL for each platform and those reviews appear on your Plastic Surgeons MD profile, synced nightly, clearly labeled with their source.
An AI tool (included with Signature, and used by our team) that writes your listing’s SEO title, description, keywords, and Google Business post, plus an improvement plan — so your profile ranks better in Google.
Click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page for an email reset link. Members can also change their password in Dashboard → Settings → Password & security. Admins can issue a temporary password if you’re stuck.
Use the report link on any review. Our moderation team investigates every report; reviews that violate our authenticity or content rules are removed and repeat offenders are suspended.
Yes — card payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal. Plastic Surgeons MD never stores your full card number; you’ll only ever see the last four digits in your billing settings.
