By using plasticsurgeon.md you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Plastic Surgeons MD is a directory and review platform — we are not a medical practice, do not provide medical advice, and are not a physician referral service.
2. No doctor-patient relationship
Nothing on Plastic Surgeons MD creates an doctor-patient relationship. Ratings, Surgeon Scores, and reviews reflect community opinion, not our endorsement of any surgeon. Always verify a surgeon’s license and board certification directly.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 to create an account and must provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Surgeon member listings are subject to admin approval and to verification of medical licensure and board certification; we may decline or remove any listing.
4. Reviews and community content
Reviews must reflect a genuine patient experience with the surgeon being reviewed. Prohibited: fake or paid reviews, reviews of competitors by surgeons, disclosure of private medical information, harassment, hate speech, and spam. We may moderate, hold, or remove content that violates these rules. Reviews cannot be removed in exchange for payment — by surgeons or by us.
5. Surgeon member subscriptions
Paid plans (Refine, Sculpt, Signature) bill monthly via Stripe and include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Failed payments are retried three times before a listing loses Pro features.
6. License to your content
You retain ownership of content you post and grant Plastic Surgeons MD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute it on the platform and in promotion of the platform.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plastic Surgeons MD is not liable for decisions made in reliance on reviews or scores, for the conduct of any surgeon or reviewer, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, NY.
